Subject: pine mail reader


Hi,

I intalled the latest version of 'pine' (the mail reader) in
the SGI, DEC's and linux machines. The version is 4.40 and
it might have new/improved/different features than the one
already existing.

To use it, invoke the command with:
        % pine-4.40

Since I do not use pine, please let me know of any problems
that this program might have. In the past, I have heard of
several people loosing mailboxes while using pine. Therefore,
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I cannot garantee that it will always
work as intended.

p.s. you have to have /usr/local/bin in your path to use
the program as invoked above.
